📋 Description

• Install, commission, test, maintain, and optimize TOMRA sensor-based sorting systems across Australia • Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, and network-related issues • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders • Deliver operator and maintenance training to customer teams • Coordinate service activities, upgrades, and project-related work • Prepare accurate service reports and documentation • Identify opportunities for upgrades, improvements, and spare parts sales • Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and Technical Support teams • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements • Travel regularly across Australia and occasionally internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting industrial equipment in a Field Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support environment • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and electronic systems • Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on approach to problem-solving • Strong communication and customer relationship skills • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment • Valid Driver's License • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted work rights • Experience with optical sorting technology preferred • Experience within the recycling industry preferred • Knowledge of industrial networking, IT systems, and cybersecurity concepts preferred • Additional language skills preferred
