📋 Description

• Deliver field service work efficiently to meet cost and time objectives • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and conduct repairs • Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer support processes • Install and adjust TOMRA Food equipment • Train customers on system operation and maintenance • Maintain accurate field reports for administrative follow-up • Provide commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair services primarily in France • Travel domestically up to 80% of the time, with occasional international travel

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or related field • Fluent in French • Ability to understand spoken and written English at minimum B2 level • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance supporting industrial customers • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international travel or flexible working hours • Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration • Valid driver's license • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management • Other languages are a plus
