📋 Description

• Commission, test, integrate, and start up TOMRA sorting equipment • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical upgrades • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and system-related issues • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers • Optimize machine performance and maximize equipment uptime • Deliver customer training for operators and maintenance teams • Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation • Support Sales and Project Management teams with technical expertise • Participate in on-call support activities when required • Share field feedback and improvement opportunities with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering • Experience in Field Service, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Commissioning, or similar technical environments • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage technical issues in the field • Experience working directly with customers in industrial environments • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset • Excellent analytical and diagnostic abilities • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure • Strong organizational and reporting skills • Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments • Japanese: Business-level proficiency • English: Professional working proficiency • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Japan • Ability to travel internationally on occasion when required • Valid driver's license
