📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer sites • Support installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines across the UK • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Build relationships with customers and site contacts • Travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays • Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools • Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement • Follow TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety procedures • Deliver safe, reliable equipment operation and excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• A curious and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail • A customer-focused approach, with clear and confident communication skills • A foundation in electro-mechanical systems, with an interest in learning how to analyse, test, and repair complex equipment • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider, supportive team • Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence • Willingness to work occasional approved overtime and weekends • Willingness to transition to a rota-based shift pattern including weekend coverage from October 2027
