📋 Description

• Ensure quick resolution of complex customer challenges • Empower team members with functional knowledge • Collaborate with team members at the point of impact and across the organization • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement • Act as a change agent to sustain effective processes and standard work • Delight customers through timely and competent responses and clear communication • Collaborate with the Service Team to provide professional after-sales service • Support Sales Representatives with installations and demos/exhibitions • Conduct service, repair, and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites • Perform electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts • Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory • Diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or the quality reporting system • Support existing customers and help identify new customers and opportunities in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Engineer Degree required or similar • Fluent in English and Italian • Excellent Microsoft Office application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong communication skills • Ability to travel within the Triveneto Region and eventually to the rest of Italy, up to 70% travel • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment and tools • Experience in Confocal systems, maintenance and repairs is a plus • Experience handling repairs, calibrations, upgrades and allied tasks is a plus • Networking, influencing, and communicating effectively across functions and at all levels is a plus • Training and/or coaching experience is a plus
