📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer sites • Support installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines across the UK • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts • Travel throughout the North East region, with occasional overnight stays • Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and developing technical knowledge • Maintain high safety standards • Support customers and ensure equipment operates safely and reliably

🎯 Requirements

• A solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems, with an interest in learning how to analyse, test, and repair complex equipment • A curious and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail • A customer-focused approach, with clear and confident communication skills • Comfortable working using power tools/hand tools both independently and as part of a wider, supportive team • Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence • Must follow TOMRA Safe and LOTO standards • Flexibility for occasional approved overtime and weekend working • From October 2027, availability for a rota-based shift pattern including weekend coverage
