📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers • Handle technical inquiries and resolve issues efficiently • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities • Collaborate with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance phases • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and health and safety regulations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for current and future service contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or strong electrician background • Fluency in English and French (C1 level) • Prepared for on-call duties • Valid driving license • Willingness to travel extensively across France • Previous experience with battery storage solutions is a plus • Skills in Chinese (Mandarin) would be beneficial but are not mandatory • Deep understanding of the European solar energy market and PV, ESS, and EV charging products would be highly advantageous
