📋 Description
• Develop and implement the group’s financial strategy in line with the network’s expansion plan • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment activity • Build an effective financial control system • Develop an in-house veterinary EHR/CRM system based on Creatio • Build and grow a professional finance team (accounting, controlling, FP&A)
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in senior financial leadership roles (CFO, Head of Finance) • Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and financial planning • Must be fluent in English: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level • Experience in international business (ideally Ukraine + EU)
