📋 Description
• Handle and triage tickets related to incidents, service requests, and change requests via the Freshworks platform • Provide technical support for Tookitaki's CaaS and on-premise clients post implementation • Collaborate with Tookitaki’s Product Engineering and Infrastructure teams to escalate unresolved issues
🎯 Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience supporting large-scale production systems • Experience supporting cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes • Hands-on production support experience with Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and AWS • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Prioritize incidents based on business impact • Perform structured RCA and recommend preventive measures
