📋 Description
• Lead revenue growth and strategic market expansion for Toon Boom in Japan • Focus on new business acquisition and customer expansion • Strengthen Toon Boom’s position within the Japanese animation industry • Serve as a key market leader and ambassador for Toon Boom in Japan • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Support teams • Develop and grow relationships with animation schools, universities, and vocational institutions • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities • Maintain forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS, Media & Entertainment, Technology, or related sales roles • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets • Strong understanding of the Japanese business environment and relationship-driven sales culture • Experience managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong operational discipline and forecasting capabilities • Native or fluent in Japanese with strong English communication skills • Proficient with Salesforce
