• Lead and develop the pre-sales specialists team • Define functional and technical engagement strategies for large banking accounts • Mentor talent and build a high-performance team • Represent Topaz at industry events and forums • Lead executive presentations to C-level stakeholders at major banks • Structure high-complexity technical-commercial proposals focused on value generation • Drive strategic negotiations for customized solutions • Ensure accuracy in effort estimates and timelines • Manage demonstration environments for the eight product families • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pre-sales library • Coordinate with product teams on roadmap and releases • Align with delivery teams to validate technical and commercial feasibility of proposals • Promote the adoption of AI in pre-sales processes • Implement intelligent tools to optimize outcomes • Train and upskill the team in new technologies and methodologies • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency • Define the pre-sales commercial roadmap aligned with Topaz objectives • Identify market opportunities and new segments • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences • Build strategic relationships with key accounts • Lead weekly pipeline and forecast meetings (pre-sales) • Ensure technical quality of commercial proposals • Coordinate demos and POCs for qualified prospects • Maintain response SLAs for RFPs and quotes • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each team member • Lead hiring processes to expand the team • Implement training and development programs • Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance
• Leadership of software pre-sales teams (minimum 5 years), preferably in environments similar to Topaz, with proven successful outcomes (closed deals) • Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields • Knowledge of banking market technology, security and payments • Knowledge and use cases of AI in pre-sales
