📋 Description

• Gathering, improving, and maintaining methodologies related to Topaz's core business processes, such as Product Development, Implementation, and Services. • Supporting the execution of internal and external audits for the organization: ISO, SOC1, SOC2, client audits, and others. • Providing support to Topaz employees on methodologies related to core business processes. • Supporting the custody and management of international certifications such as ISO, SOC1, SOC2, and PCI. • Assisting in responses to assessments, RFPs, and RFIs. • Supporting the conduct of CAR (Root Cause Analysis) ceremonies. • Executing Quality Assurance processes for procedures and methodologies related to core business processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of process modeling tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or similar. • Experience in process mapping and optimization. • Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, or at minimum ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. • Knowledge of Project Management. • Familiarity with software development methodologies.
