📋 Description

• Define, review and evolve credit policies for clean products (card, personal loan, account limit) • Operate across the entire customer lifecycle, including: initial approvals, limit increases, up-sell and cross-sell offers • Retention and risk management strategies • Translate business needs into credit rules implementable in the decision engine • Conduct analyses to optimize performance indicators (approvals, delinquency, margin, activation, usage) • Develop and monitor tests (champion/challenger) for policy validation • Interact with partner areas (Modeling, Product, Collections, Technology) to align strategies, prioritize initiatives and ensure execution of improvements • Monitor vintages and credit performance, proposing continuous adjustments to policies • Support the evolution of a customer-journey-oriented credit vision, ensuring consistency between acquisition and expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning • Experience with data analysis applied to business • Knowledge of SQL (querying and manipulating databases) • Advanced Excel • Ability to turn analyses into practical business recommendations • Good communication and ability to interact with different areas • Preferred / Nice to have: • Experience with credit policies or customer lifecycle management • Experience with financial products (credit card, personal loan, payroll-deductible loan, etc.) • Knowledge of Python (pandas, data analysis) • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Understanding of credit risk concepts (score, delinquency and PD / LGD) • Experience with A/B testing or optimization strategies (champion/challenger) • Knowledge of Open Finance, positive credit registry (Cadastro Positivo) and alternative data
