📋 Description

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement presentation, with a focus on Supply Chain accounting • Partner with Purchasing function to forecast demand and process site-based purchase orders • Drive improvement in financial operation metrics, with a focus on Inventory Months-on-Hand and A/R Turnover • Ensure compliance with accounting standards • Develop and maintain internal control framework • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Mentor finance team members • Collaborate with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or finance field • 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, CPA preferred • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent reasoning & analytical skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • SAP Experience preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be a self-motivated, independent yet collaborative team player, eager to learn
