📋 Description
• Lead onsite implementations of Toro’s platform at bulk trucking terminals, dispatch centers, and warehouses • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product and Operations to translate client goals into actionable rollout plans • Deliver hands-on training to dispatchers, drivers, and logistics managers, making tech feel approachable and useful • Troubleshoot issues in real time and adapt implementation plans to meet site-specific needs • Travel to client sites (up to 70%)
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in a client facing role, warehousing, logistics or field-based SaaS implementation • Strong project management and client-facing communication skills • Comfort with dynamic environments and a knack for simplifying complex systems • Empathy for frontline users and a bias toward action • Willingness to travel and work hands-on with clients
