📋 Description

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts • Process fortnightly payroll and associated month-end payroll reconciliations • Prepare month-end financial statements • Perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations • Prepare, verify, and process invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses • Verify account-book balances and rectify discrepancies • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications • Work with clients in a dynamic, multicultural accounting team • Train and onboard remotely with support from a Team Lead and supervisor in the US

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • At least two years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal • Excellent analytical skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines • Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations • Proactive problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, PointClickCare, and Sage Intacct • Availability to work US business hours, 9 AM–5 PM CDT • Please submit your application in English; applications submitted in any other language will not be considered • Understanding of US GAAP is beneficial • Experience working within a US company is beneficial
