• Develop and lead the national sales strategy for Nexity technology solutions • Establish clear revenue targets across hardware, SaaS, and transaction-based income streams • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Regional VP sales leaders • Drive accountability through clear KPIs, pipeline discipline, and consistent coaching • Oversee national pipeline development, ensuring strong opportunity creation, progression, and conversion • Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor on key accounts and complex opportunities • Ensure all sales efforts prioritize long-term value creation through SaaS and transaction-based revenue streams • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and the Center of Excellence (COE) • Represent Towne Park and Nexity at industry events, executive meetings, and strategic partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in technology sales preferred • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with significant leadership responsibility • Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in technology, SaaS, or hardware-enabled solutions • Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue across multiple regions or verticals • Experience structuring complex, enterprise-level deals with both upfront and recurring revenue components • Background in hospitality, commercial real estate, mobility, or related industries preferred
