📋 Description

• Develop and execute bold sales strategies to achieve corporate goals and expand Nice’s market share • Forecast sales, set ambitious performance goals, and uncover customer needs and opportunities • Forge strong relationships with direct dealers, distributors, and key clients • Provide hands-on sales and technical training to customers • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable competitive intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven success in channel sales management in the Security, Access Control, or Custom Installation space • Experience with large national retailers (e.g., Best Buy) is a plus • Security and/or CEDIA experience preferred • Intermediate to advanced skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and ideally ERP systems like NetSuite • Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
