📋 Description
• Answer incoming customer calls • Prepare car insurance quotes • Conclude car insurance contracts • Provide information about existing policies • Process contract data changes • Respond to general customer inquiries
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in customer service and/or knowledge of insurance • Completed commercial/vocational training desirable • High flexibility with shift times (Mon–Fri between 08:30 and 19:00) • Very good written and spoken German • Quick comprehension and solution-oriented way of working • Good PC/computer skills
