📋 Description

• Support and advise customers via phone, email, and chat • Provide detailed information about food and beverage products and services • Process inquiries and cases to achieve clear and successful resolution • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent and premium service • Work as a certified Coffee Specialist supporting a premium Nestlé Group client • Work scheduled shifts Monday–Saturday between 08:00 and 19:00 • Complete a 4-week onboarding program at the Sarajevo office

🎯 Requirements

• Permanent residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina is required for home office employment • Italian proficiency at C2 level • English proficiency at C1 level is an advantage • Strong communication skills • Reliability and commitment • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team • Good computer literacy • Stable internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds • Antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited
