📋 Description

• Lead a team shaping the next generation of learning products • Balance hands-on technical leadership with people management • Drive improvements to engineering practices • Build a high-performing team through effective coaching • Partner with Product and Design for technical plans • Communicate across technical and non-technical audiences • Drive measurable improvements in team velocity and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies • Strong hands-on experience with database design and SQL • Ability to contribute meaningfully to code and technical design • Change agent with experience driving process improvements • Track record of improving team velocity and delivery quality • Experience coaching engineers at various skill levels • Excellent communication skills and building trust with stakeholders
