📋 Description

• You analyze market and category performance, e.g., distribution, rotation, market share, and growth drivers • You develop category strategies for internal stakeholders • You monitor competitor activities, market changes, and relevant trends • You derive compelling retailer arguments from analyses, shopper insights, and market data • You work closely with brand teams, trade marketing, and sales to successfully turn insights into action • You are responsible for end-to-end management of category management projects — from acquisition through analysis to client presentation — including recommendations on assortment optimization, shelf layout, and promotion and communication measures

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field • You have at least 2 years of experience in category management, insights management, market research, or a comparable role • Preferably, you have experience with market research tools such as YouGov and Nielsen • You have an analytical mindset and experience interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights • You demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills and can explain complex matters clearly • You are business fluent in German and English
