📋 Description

• Develop and take responsibility for the target technical architecture of our hybrid IT infrastructure • Define and establish architecture standards, network segmentation, naming conventions, and security baselines • Evaluate new technologies and support architecture and technology decisions • Work closely with the Cloud & Platform team • Conduct architecture reviews for infrastructure and cloud projects • Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code as the standard operating method • Define repository structures, review processes, and deployment workflows • Actively support the team through pair programming, workshops, and knowledge transfer • Coordinate collaboration between Infrastructure and Cloud & Platform • Create and maintain architecture and infrastructure documentation as well as technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience designing and implementing modern IT infrastructure architectures in hybrid environments • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and/or Ansible • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS, with a good understanding of the other platform • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and hybrid network architectures • Experience with Git and modern version control processes for Infrastructure-as-Code projects • Ideally experience with monitoring and observability solutions • Strategic architectural thinking combined with a pronounced hands‑on mentality • Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders • Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and coaching teams • Very good German and good English skills
