📋 Description

• Support the evaluation of new applications and software solutions • Maintain and update our application landscape and the associated documentation • Document processes and support the development of a structured knowledge base • Analyze our software licenses and identify optimization opportunities • Support first-level support for selected business applications • Contribute to smaller projects in Application Management and IT Service Management • Support the preparation of analyses, reports, and decision-making materials related to our application landscape

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable degree program • You are interested in enterprise software and digital processes • Initial practical experience in an IT environment is an advantage • You work in a structured and independent manner and have an analytical mindset • You have good German and English language skills • You are comfortable using modern digital tools and AI applications
