📋 Description
• Unterstützung bei der Evaluierung neuer Applikationen und Softwarelösungen • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Applikationslandschaft sowie der zugehörigen Dokumentation • Dokumentation von Prozessen und Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer strukturierten Wissensbasis • Analyse von Softwarelizenzen und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen • Unterstützung des 1st-Level-Supports für ausgewählte Business-Applikationen • Mitarbeit an kleineren Projekten im Bereich Application Management und IT Service Management • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen rund um die Applikationslandschaft
🎯 Requirements
• Studium in BWL, E-Commerce, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang • Interesse an Unternehmenssoftware und digitalen Prozessen • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Umfeld sind ein Plus • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie analytische Denkweise • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen digitalen Tools und KI-Anwendungen
