âą Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails âą Present our company to potential clients âą Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services âą Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction âą Build long-term trusting relationships with clients âą Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market âą Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives âą Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results âą Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
âą Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role âą Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) âą Track record of achieving sales quotas âą Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) âą Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) âą Understanding of sales performance metrics âą Excellent communication and negotiation skills âą Ability to deliver engaging presentations
