📋 Description

• Consistently deliver against KPIs including call volumes, talk time, and conversion rates, meeting and exceeding monthly targets • Stay informed on global financial markets and macroeconomic trends, confidently discussing relevant developments with customers to build credibility and trust • Cultivate exceptional, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued, supported, and confident to trade • Develop a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework governing financial trading, applying this knowledge to ensure all activity remains compliant and aligned with industry standards • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all key platforms, including HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook, upholding a high standard of data integrity • Effectively manage and diversify across multiple lead sources to maximise pipeline coverage and new business opportunities • Work cross-functionally with colleagues across departments - including Marketing, Product, and Compliance - to support brand growth and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload and priorities, while actively contributing to team performance and shared goals

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in speaking and writing in English as well as one other language from the following: Portuguese, Polish, or German • Experience using CRM systems • Experience working in a KPI-driven environment • Experience working in a financially regulated environment • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a service mindset to support our clients in the demanding, real time environment of online trading. • Well organised with good time management skills, able to take proactive action when necessary
