📋 Description
• Establish and oversee the market-maker framework for WAWEX • Take responsibility for on-chain settlement and execution processes • Closely coordinate with custody and clearing partners • Drive the further development of the WAWEX trading platform and the integration of new asset classes • Ensure regulatory compliance (MiFID II, MiCAR, eWpG, WpHG)
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field • Several years of experience in trading, market making, or investment banking • Deep understanding of digital assets, tokenization, custody, settlement, and blockchain infrastructures • Solid knowledge of traditional asset classes (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives) as well as securities issuance and custody • Experience working with regulated markets and interacting with supervisory authorities • Analytical, structured working style combined with an innovative mindset and a hands-on approach • Excellent communication skills in German and English; Polish is a plus
