📋 Description

• Manage daily cash operations • Lead Working Capital optimization • Present directly to Board members • Drive global cash flow forecasting • Oversee liquidity management and daily cash operations • Drive Working Capital performance • Analyze burn rate and net cash flow • Lead the Working Capital squad • Prepare and present cash flow reports • Strengthen relationships with banks and financial partners • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Treasury or Cash Management • Strong expertise in liquidity management and financial forecasting • Deep understanding of financial instruments and banking products • Experience managing Working Capital in retail or high-growth environments • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and Board members • Detail-obsessed, independent, and excellence-driven
