• Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for different areas of Trafilea • Work closely with department leadership to understand hiring needs • Develop and implement recruitment strategies • Build relationships with potential candidates • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior positions that require extensive sourcing • Promote the company's brand and culture during interviews • Work with hiring managers and HR PBPs to understand job requirements • Coordinate kick-off calls with stakeholders • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports • Attend meetings to present updates and insights on positions assigned
• 4+ years of experience as a Tech or Marketing specialized recruiter • Deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for complex positions with picky managers • Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside an agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics, and use that data to bring insights and propose strategy changes to meet goals • Curious listener that is not afraid to ask questions with a critical sense for moving candidates forward • A detail-oriented very organized person that can at the same time work with a sense of urgency to resolve issues • A positive team player
