📋 Description

• Independently deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with technical standards and business requirements • Own features end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, functionally accurate code addressing edge cases • Design modular, reusable, efficient components while reducing duplication and avoiding inefficient technical patterns • Make architectural and technical decisions supporting scalability, security, and maintainability • Develop and maintain solutions using JavaScript, React, ServiceNow, and Nuvolo technologies • Build and optimize frontend solutions, including React components, custom hooks, state management, and performance improvements • Develop and maintain ServiceNow server-side and client-side components, integrations, and platform configurations • Design scalable data models, secure APIs, and high-volume solutions with attention to performance and efficiency • Support REST and SOAP integrations across systems and platforms • Apply performance optimization techniques, including batching, caching, reduced database calls, and bottleneck resolution • Lead code reviews and technical discussions • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, support onboarding, and contribute to team capability building • Document technical designs, complex logic, and key decisions • Participate in architecture reviews, communicate trade-offs, and escalate risks or blockers with recommended solutions • Manage assigned work independently, meet project commitments, provide estimates, and coordinate cross-team dependencies • Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and development practices • Remain current with relevant technologies and platform updates and apply feedback for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • Fluency in English at C1 or C2 level • Strong expertise in JavaScript, including closures, async/await, promises, the event loop, reference versus primitive types, ES6+ features, and error handling best practices • Strong proficiency in React, including component lifecycle, built-in hooks, custom hooks, performance optimization, and state management patterns • Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform, including both server-side and client-side development • Hands-on experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Events, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Service Portal widgets, and UI Builder components • Strong understanding of GlideRecord optimization, GlideAggregate usage, and efficient query design • Experience supporting REST and SOAP API integrations • Knowledge of scalable data modeling, ACL implementation, API security, and application security best practices • Experience with Nuvolo technologies, including the NUUX component library, theming, Webpack, and Nuvolo data models and integrations • Strong understanding of performance and scalability principles, including algorithmic complexity, Big O considerations, caching, batching, and bottleneck analysis • Ability to identify and avoid common technical pitfalls in both frontend and backend development • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to contribute effectively to code reviews, architecture discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing • Ability to work independently, manage moderately complex assignments, and coordinate effectively across teams • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, continuous improvement, and adoption of evolving platform capabilities
