📋 Description

• Provide operational, analytical and quality support services to Consulting, Operations, Sales and Support teams • Strong understanding of Transact business at a detailed level • Create, review, and reconcile sales orders to ensure accuracy between the client purchase order(s) and contractual agreement(s) • Support the development of metrics to measure, analyze, and recommend improvement strategies on operational processes • Present findings to Transact Operations Management regarding key activities, trends, and measures affecting this business and clients • Provide process and reporting analysis to support management in decision making • Create and maintain client facing quotes and sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Determine product/service delivery method and confirm completion • Aid Consulting team with product pricing and project change requests • Prepare weekly/monthly invoicing files and process all invoicing relating to completed projects

🎯 Requirements

• One year of experience in Sales or Client Services Operations • One to two years of clerical and accounting experience • Strong compute, financial, communication and analytical skills • Experienced Microsoft Excel user familiar with Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and VLOOKUP’s • Ability to collect and assess data and report findings in a clear and concise manner • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact with all levels of internal clients and external vendors • Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timelines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
