📋 Description

• Spearhead enterprise recruiting initiatives • Craft and evolve recruiting strategy to align with business and customer needs • Establish standardized practices and workflows • Partner with regional and local leaders for alignment and adoption • Analyze recruiting data and trends across regions • Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities • Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs • Design and lead training programs for recruiters • Drive proactive talent identification and pipeline-building strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including leadership or enterprise-level roles • Proven experience leading recruiting teams in a dotted-line or matrix environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action • Experience in staffing, transportation, logistics, or high-volume recruiting environments preferred • Demonstrated success in developing recruiter capabilities and improving performance • Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
