• Managing end-to-end client engagements • Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting • Identifying and solving technical plan issues • Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service
• 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field • Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
