📋 Description
• Create and manage localization projects across all service types • Ensure projects are delivered on time, at the expected quality level, and within budget • Support clients and linguists at the project level • Address questions and concerns to ensure smooth project execution • Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues • Act as the primary point of contact during Saturday-Sunday coverage • Independently manage project execution and ensure continuity of service • Make autonomous decisions to unblock deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum
🎯 Requirements
• Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule, 8am-5pm PST • 5+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management • Self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented, with ownership and accountability • Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fluid environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to deliver concise, fact-based, informative information • Ability to simplify complex information • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to manage competing demands • Strong attention to detail • Localization and internationalization knowledge • Proficiency in localization processes and technology • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative work environment
