📋 Description
• Design, maintain, and deliver regular Google Sheets based reports • Serve as the main point of contact for client satisfaction • Lead by example and train managers • Regularly review team performance and identify future leaders • Select, interview, and onboard new team members • Actively seek and implement methods to enhance project efficiency • Develop and implement solutions for potential challenges • Ensure project information is meticulously documented • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals • Stay updated with latest technologies in the gaming industry • Manage project budgets effectively • Handle escalations and crisis situations promptly • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years in a similar management role • Highly skilled in Zendesk, Google Workspace, Discord, Teams, and Slack • Comprehensive understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations • Demonstrated ability to achieve high CSAT levels • Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong analytical abilities • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire a large remote team • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities • Experience managing a multilingual team operating 24/7 • Fluency in English and Chinese
