📋 Description

• Review original short stories for accurate spelling, grammar, and guideline compliance • Provide constructive feedback on plot, structure, character development, and other storytelling elements • Complete different rounds of review for each story as required • Help test and improve machine translation technology through creative and editorial contributions

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in South Africa • Native-level fluency and excellent reading skills in Afrikaans, including grammar and spelling • Working proficiency in English required for communication and task guidelines • Graduate or undergraduate degree in literature, journalism, or creative writing and/or proven experience in editing, proofreading, or a relevant field • Ability to start and complete tasks within the given deadline • Strong attention to detail • Approximately 15 hours weekly for 6 weeks, subject to variation based on feedback and revision cycles
