📋 Description
• Validate candidates via phone calls according to project requirements • Check candidates' availability for the project • Answer candidates' questions • Provide logistic information • Schedule candidates for session times • Send reminders to participants to reduce missed sessions • Fill the session schedule days in advance • Communicate daily schedule updates to the project team • Respond to pre-study participant questions and conduct pre-study follow-ups • Screen potential participants based on defined criteria • Serve as the first point of contact between the team and study participants
🎯 Requirements
• Idiomatic fluency in Norwegian Nynorsk • Ability to adapt to the CET time zone • Availability for a flexible schedule as needed • Computer competency for data entry and producing reports and schedules • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shifting focus as project needs evolve • Outstanding customer service skills • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and electronic media • Extremely detail-oriented • Experience working in a team
