📋 Description

• Perform hands-on operational tasks including data file processing, configuration, validation, and delivery setup. • Ensure timely and accurate execution of recurring and ad hoc marketing solution deliveries. • Monitor delivery pipelines and troubleshoot issues to maintain service quality. • Investigate and document root causes of delivery failures or anomalies and contribute to long-term solutions. • Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation for repeatable processes. • Identify and recommend improvements to operational workflows and delivery processes. • Support automation initiatives and participate in testing and validation of new tools and features. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on delivery requirements, timelines, and quality standards. • Track and report on key operational metrics and SLAs and maintain accurate documentation of processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical , analytical, or related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering). • 2–4 years of experience in a technical operations , data delivery, or support role. • Familiarity with data formats (CSV, JSON, XML), data validation, and basic scripting or SQL. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. • Experience working with remote cross-functional teams in a technical or operational capacity. • May require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
