📋 Description

• Partner with senior business leaders across TransUnion to understand strategic direction and HR implications • Support and enhance organization design and talent strategy for the SA GCC • Act as a subject matter expert supporting the Leadership team in evolving the operating model • Coach leadership on workforce needs, talent plans, talent sourcing, mobility, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development • Develop programs and project plans using change management principles and communication strategies • Drive organizational effectiveness during acquisitions, integrations, and reorganizations • Provide thought leadership and data-driven insights to guide decision-making and deliver proactive solutions • Lead change management planning and delivery for high-visibility projects and programs • Solve complex cross-functional problems and implement solutions • Design and implement HR best practices across performance management, talent management, learning and development, reward, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to line management and associates • Identify team training needs and implement training programs • Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances • Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention • Provide HR policy guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant HR qualification • 5 years of HR Consulting experience in an HRBP role in a fast-paced BPO/contact centre environment or professional services • Strong employee relations experience • Strong organizational design and change management experience • Collaborative, fast-paced team environment experience • Strong planning, organizing, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work extended hours as required • Ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and Workday • Must be based in South Africa; working outside South Africa is not permitted • Fibre connectivity at home • Minimum 100/100 Mbps fibre line installed or upgraded by the first day of employment • Certain roles may require a clear credit record
