📋 Description

• Driving property acquisition across North Scotland and the Islands, focusing on high-quality homes in high-demand locations • Building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, research, referrals, events and proactive outreach • Confidently presenting and selling our owner proposition, tailoring your approach to each potential owner • Developing local partnerships with estate agents, developers, trades and other key stakeholders to support organic growth • Ensuring each new property is launched to the highest standard, including pricing, photography and listing quality • Using data and local market insight to shape pricing strategies and revenue projections • Negotiating commercially sound agreements that benefit both the owner and the business • Acting as a brand ambassador in your region, representing Travel Chapter at meetings, events and industry functions • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality owner journey • Working to and exceeding KPIs across appointments, property sign-ups and revenue generation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Proven experience in field-based sales, including managing your own diary and time effectively • Confidence working independently across a large geographical area • Commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate effectively • Confidence working with data to inform pricing and revenue decisions • Experience managing a pipeline and using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) • Excellent organisation and time management skills • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving ability • Good knowledge of the North Scotland region • Strong IT, numeracy and literacy skills • A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
