📋 Description

• Conduct credit checks and evaluate applicants' creditworthiness based on established criteria • Monitor the application system to track credit requests and ensure timely processing • Handle documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements as a credit administrator • Manage the customer service inbox and respond to credit application and process inquiries • Oversee the entire credit process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in approvals and risk assessments • Assess financial documents, credit reports, and risk factors to determine credit limits and terms • Provide customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining credit decisions, and assisting with credit-related queries

🎯 Requirements

• Credit analysis and underwriting experience • Customer service experience • Strong data entry and administrative skills • Auditing and account review experience • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Phone handling experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
