📋 Description

• Conduct lead generation, market research, and build targeted prospect lists. • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility. • Support Google Local Services Ads setup, monitoring, and performance reporting. • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms. • Use AI tools for research, content creation, and image generation while ensuring quality and accuracy. • Monitor competitors, identify business opportunities, and maintain organized CRM and lead-tracking systems. • Proactively identify improvements, solve problems, and support marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. • Excellent researcher and communicator. • Able to manage multiple priorities independently. • Comfortable using AI tools while applying sound judgment and human review. • Google Business Profile management (preferred experience). • Google Local Services Ads management (preferred experience). • Lead generation and prospect research (preferred experience). • Social media management and content creation (preferred experience). • AI writing, research, workflow automation, and image-generation tools (preferred experience). • Blog writing and marketing for trades, home-service companies, or other local businesses (preferred experience).
