📋 Description

• Creating and optimising salon profiles on our marketplace, including price lists, opening hours, venue descriptions, and photography • Revising work and actioning quality checks before publishing information online • Adhering to Treatwell’s tone of voice and brand guidelines • Developing skills in Salesforce to support a smooth and efficient onboarding process • Supporting product teams and internal stakeholders with translation/transcreation • Identifying and overseeing improvements to help automate team processes • Collaborating with Supply, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams • Reporting to a Marketplace Content Team Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Native level of Italian • Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Lithuanian • Highly proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Critical thinker, seeking opportunities to solve problems and identify efficient ways of working • Self-motivated with loads of initiative and curiosity • A meticulous eye for detail with strong organisational skills, able to work towards tough deadlines • Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus • You are based in Barcelona, Spain
