📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for retail marketing queries from retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders • Regularly meet with your retailers and distributors (online or in person) to build relationships and drive improvement in their marketing activities • Work with retailers and distributors to create Trek marketing plans and identify collaborative opportunities aligned with brand guidelines, ROI and business priorities • Coordinate in-store materials such as POS, digital assets, promotional items, and branding • Support the delivery of Trek’s global training programme (Trek U), including communications, engagement, troubleshooting, and reporting • Coordinate and deliver retail campaigns and product launches for retailer promotion, tracking success against agreed KPI’s • Provide B2B Marketing & general administrative support to the wider Marketing department as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken Slovenian and English • Experience in a process or system driven role • Experience in retail marketing/marketing communications and/or customer service/account support • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Highly organised with good time-management and attention to detail • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
