• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth stage startups • Analytical mindset and data fluency • Deep tech industry knowledge, especially early-stage environments • Experience maintaining quality while moving quickly in demanding environments • Strong written communication skills (essential for our high-documentation culture) • Proven ability to identify what makes candidates successful beyond just paper qualifications • Proficiency with recruiting software and tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) • Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
