📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners. • Build joint business plans and revenue targets. • Train partners on Trener’s platform, positioning, and ideal use cases. • Support co-selling opportunities with partner sales and technical teams. • Develop partner enablement materials and certification paths. • Manage partner performance and pipeline health. • Represent Trener at industry events and partner meetings. • Serve as the voice of the partner ecosystem internally.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in channel sales, partner development, or strategic alliances. • Experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing software, or related technology. • Strong relationship-building and business development skills. • Ability to navigate both technical and commercial conversations. • Experience with systems integrators and manufacturing-focused channel ecosystems.
