📋 Description
• Analyze documentation and each client’s social security benefit entitlements • Prepare technical opinions and advise the team on the viability of granting or revising benefits • Draft and file administrative requests and procedural documents with the INSS (Brazilian National Institute of Social Security) • Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and the client experience
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree or currently studying Law, preferably with an interest or focus in Social Security Law • Strong written communication skills • Attention to detail • Technical analytical capability • Organized and disciplined • Ability to meet deadlines • Reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan region • Interest in the social security sector and in social change through access to rights • Required experience in Social Security Law and legal calculations, either in law firms or in administrative roles with the INSS
