📋 Description

• Analyze each client’s documentation and social security entitlements • Prepare technical legal opinions and advise the team on the feasibility of granting or reviewing benefits • Draft and file applications and procedural documents in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian National Social Security Institute (INSS) • Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines are met • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal workflows and the client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree or currently pursuing a law degree, preferably with an interest in or focus on Social Security Law • Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and technical analytical ability • Organization, discipline, and consistent adherence to deadlines • Reside in Curitiba or the surrounding metropolitan area • Genuine interest in the social security sector and in creating social impact by expanding access to rights and benefits • Prior experience in Social Security Law and legal calculations is essential, whether at law firms or in administrative work with the INSS
