📋 Description

• Assist with basic project administration and coordination • Support meeting preparation, attendance notes, and action tracking • Help organize and maintain project documents • Provide Khmer language support where required • Assist AM and SSE with paperwork and administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle • Handle requests from existing clients in Cambodia to help prepare scopes of work for quotes/proposals • Perform data entry for customers and opportunities in the CRM system • Keep assigned customer information up to date • Perform document formatting and file management • Support the senior intern/junior project support resource and project team • Complete assigned tasks under supervision

🎯 Requirements

• University student or recent graduate • Khmer language is required • Able to communicate in Basic Business English • Good attention to detail • Willingness to learn and support project work • Comfortable with basic office tools
