• TRG International is a market leader in providing IT solutions, seeking a Senior Account Manager. • Drive revenue growth and manage a dynamic team to align solutions with clients' business goals. • Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed sales targets. • Collaborate with Sales Director and teams to ensure compliance and smooth project execution. • Build client relationships by demonstrating expertise in relevant TRG solutions. • Identify technology reselling opportunities and focus on upselling and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. • Proven track record of 10+ years within solution selling in a business environment, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance. • Fluency in spoken and written English. • Experience in selling mainstream ERP solutions and cloud-based solutions is a plus • Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership expertise. • Ability to work as a team player and team facilitator. • A strong intercompany communicator across multiple departments • Track records in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales objectives.
