📋 Description

• Help develop and execute a strategy to grow our offerings via social media, content, paid, and email marketing channels • B2C marketing includes attracting and converting leads into coaching clients, Social Bloom group members, and Love Bloom event attendees • B2B marketing includes building Lisa's credibility within the professional community to generate referral partnerships • Target mental health practitioners to generate referral flow • Lead mining, enrichment, marketing outreach • LinkedIn marketing and Email & Autoresponder Management • Paid Meta Advertising and Landing Pages strategy development • Tracking & Analytics and Performance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of related digital marketing experience ideally in wellness, mental health, and coaching • Skilled and experienced leveraging AI resources and tools to work more efficiently • Demonstrated ability to drive social media engagement • Demonstrated ability to drive direct response actions (sign-ups, registrations, inquiries, referrals) • Genuine comfort with topics like mental health, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and holistic wellness • Self-directed, organized, and able to own, strategize, and be accountable for all projects and tasks
